Getting started

A little setup. A lot less to remember.

Choose where Assistela will run, connect what matters to you and tell it what you need. Start with one small thing.

01

Choose its home

Choose a Mac or iOS app, or run Assistela on your own Docker server. Add the free Client for remote access.

02

Connect your world

Connect a supported AI provider. Then choose which email accounts, calendars, files and other sources Assistela may use. You decide what it can access.

03

Just ask

“Every morning, give me a summary of my calendar and important emails.” Or start with a trip, a document or a plan for tomorrow. Review the result and build from there.

Recurring tasks use Scheduler in Assistela Pro. Ordinary chat is free.

Make yourself at home

One assistant. Choose where it runs.

Choose a Mac or iOS app, or run Assistela on your own Docker server. Add the free Client for remote access.

No control of other Mac apps, Apple Mail or terminal. Works with imported files; your Mac must be running.

Assistela for iOS

Your assistant runs directly on your iPhone or iPad. A Mac does not need to be switched on.

  • Chat, memory and files in one app
  • Connect email, calendars and other services
  • Background work within Apple’s limits

From iOS 26, a task already in progress can continue after you leave the app. iOS still controls scheduling and background execution.

Your own server or NAS

Assistela Docker

Run Assistela on your own Linux server or a compatible NAS, with a browser interface and the free iOS Client.

  • Linux ARM64 / AMD64
  • Chat, memory, files and connected services
  • Local or hosted AI

Docker uses server integrations; it does not control Mac apps or directly access Apple Mail or iMessage.

About Assistela Docker

For continuous availability, keep the Assistela host running and reachable. Keep a Mac awake; iOS controls background execution. Your chosen AI provider may charge separately.
