Assistela 將主要工作區資料儲存在您選擇的裝置或 Docker 伺服器本機。這些資料可能包括對話歷史、助手記憶、摘要、設定、核准記錄、本機資料庫、檔案、附件和 App 記錄。

Assistela Client stores its own local chat history, attachments, app settings, pairing state and optional shared-location text.

敏感金鑰與存取憑證會依所選模式儲存在 macOS 鑰匙圈或本機 Assistela 資料庫中。在 iPhone 上，配對權杖與加密金鑰會儲存在 iOS 鑰匙圈，並在裝置首次解鎖後可供使用。

若您使用 Assistela 帳戶，我們會儲存登入、選用 Managed AI 點數管理與服務營運所需的資料，包括電子郵件、密碼雜湊、帳戶狀態、已連接裝置、點數餘額及基本使用摘要。

工作階段權杖與配對權杖會以雜湊形式儲存在伺服器上。Assistela 不會直接處理付款卡資料；付款與客戶帳務入口網站由 Stripe 處理。

若您使用 Assistela Managed AI，我們的服務會依設定的規則選擇合適的 AI 模型，並將要求轉送給該模型。

Assistela 不會在資料庫中儲存完整的 Managed AI 對話內容。我們僅儲存限制、帳務與成本核實所需的操作資料：要求 ID、AI 服務與模型、輸入類型、權杖數量、成本、狀態及技術中繼資料。

要求內容會傳送給所選 AI 服務，讓模型能夠回答。若您使用自己的 API 金鑰或 AI 服務，處理方式也受該服務條款規範。

針對圖片要求，Assistela 可能會暫時準備特定 AI 服務所需格式的圖片。要求完成後，這些暫存檔案會被刪除。

Assistela Client 透過 Assistela 傳遞服務與 Assistela 主機（包括 Docker）通訊。在正常使用期間，該服務在已配對裝置之間傳輸加密資料，不會充當永久的對話封存。

一般配對時，裝置間的文字、附件與要求會以 ChaCha20-Poly1305 加密。加密金鑰在配對期間建立，並只儲存在已配對裝置上。

傳遞服務只處理驗證裝置及傳遞資料所需的技術資料，例如存取權杖雜湊、裝置識別、時間、資料類型與大小或傳遞狀態。它無法讀取透過加密連線傳送的訊息或附件內容。

若裝置暫時無法使用，待傳送的加密資料會保留在傳送應用程式的本機儲存空間；傳遞伺服器不會保存其內容。應用程式只能在重試傳遞所需期間於本機保留資料，最長不超過 7 天，部分要求類型則會更早到期。確認傳遞後，相關記錄會依應用程式生命週期清除。配對碼會在 10 分鐘後到期，閒置伺服器記錄也會隨時間清除。

我們使用 Apple Push Notification service 傳送 iPhone 推播通知。伺服器會傳送一般通知，例如新訊息或核准要求。

若提供回覆預覽，它會以加密形式傳送，並只在裝置上使用儲存在鑰匙圈中的配對金鑰解密。

網站、入口網站與管理介面可能使用登入、語言、安全、帳務、防止濫用及服務營運所需的技術性 Cookie 與類似技術。

我們在登入、註冊與管理員表單使用 Cloudflare Turnstile。它有助於區分一般使用者與自動濫用，而 Cloudflare 可能處理要求、瀏覽器、裝置或網路連線的技術訊號。

未來我們可能在網站與入口網站使用 Google Analytics 或類似分析工具，以衡量流量、網站效能與功能使用情況。分析不會使用您的訊息內容建立廣告輪廓。若法律要求同意，我們會提供適當選項。

Location sharing is optional. After you grant permission, Assistela Client can obtain approximate location through Apple CoreLocation and convert it locally through Apple geocoding into text such as street, city, postal code or country.

Assistela 不會將可讀取的 GPS 座標傳送給傳遞服務。文字位置會透過加密連線同步至 Mac 應用程式，因此傳遞服務無法讀取其內容。

在 Mac 上，位置會以文字形式儲存在本機偏好設定。只有啟用位置分享時，位置才會加入助理要求。如果之後透過 AI 模型產生回覆，這項文字位置可能成為傳送給所選 AI 服務的要求內容。

Apple Health access is optional and read-only. After the user explicitly enables it, Assistela Client may read completed workouts, daily step totals and individual sleep segments, including available timing, activity details, source app, device and time zone. It does not read workout routes, precise location or heart rate and never writes to Apple Health.

資料會經過端對端加密並同步至使用者已配對的電腦，在 Assistela 工作區中本機儲存。傳遞服務無法讀取這些值，資料也不會儲存在 iCloud 中。

健康與健身資料不會自動包含在傳送給 AI 供應商的要求中。只有使用者明確啟用與所選供應商搭配使用時，才可能包含這些資料。這些資料絕不會用於廣告、行銷、追蹤或研究。

When access to Contacts is enabled, Assistela may send data from the contacts it uses to your configured AI providers' servers to answer your queries and perform your tasks. This may include names, organizations, email addresses, phone numbers, contact identifiers, and the total contact count when checking Contacts status.

In the Mac App Store version and the main Assistela app for iPhone and iPad, enabling access to Contacts requires your prior, separate consent to reading and sharing these details with AI providers. You give this consent in the app settings, separately from the system Contacts permission. Withdrawing consent turns off access to Contacts and stops new reads of contact data.

Processing and any retention of these details by an AI provider depend on the selected service and its settings and are also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

若您啟用 電子郵件、行事曆、提醒事項、聯絡人、瀏覽器、Home Assistant 或其他整合，Assistela 可依您的設定以及在系統或服務中授予的權限，處理這些服務的資料。

電子郵件、行事曆、提醒事項及類似來源會依應用程式設定與所選 AI 模型容量納入回覆。

The Assistela Client demo mode uses sample data and local demo replies. Demo replies are not generated by an AI model and demo messages are not sent to the normal queue for other devices.

Assistela 並非以廣告內容追蹤為核心。我們不會用訊息內容建立廣告輪廓，Assistela 也不會使用使用者內容訓練自有 AI 模型。

網路通訊使用 HTTPS。伺服器管理中儲存的 AI 服務 API 金鑰以 AES-256-GCM 加密。本機安全也取決於您的裝置、作業系統、鑰匙圈與第三方帳戶的安全性。

您可以在應用程式中管理已連接帳戶、裝置、助理記憶、儲存的檔案、記錄、位置及其他設定。登出或移除裝置會撤銷其帳戶或遠端連線存取權。
